  5. The Raiders never made sense to me. I don’t think he’s motivated by money, and I don’t think they’re any closer to a ring than we are from a franchise standpoint.

    Miami makes a lot more sense, to be honest, both logistically and from the point of view of him wanting to land on a team that can feasibly get a ring in one year.

    Our window probably closes after 2023, but this offense still has all the tools to put up 30+ a game, and our defense has the potential to be top ten in the league. I want to believe that our front office is keeping Brady informed about potential OC and position coach candidates and giving him an open line for his input, but who knows?

    At the end of the day, I’d rather have Brady for one more year than spending money on virtually any other QB, and if it doesn’t work out, we can rebuild in 2024-2025. The only thing that will suck is if Brady doesn’t make a decision on what to do early in the offseason, keeping the franchise — and more importantly, me — in a kind of hopeful limbo on what to expect in 2023.

  8. Last year Brady wanted to go to Miami because he was offered part ownership in the team. Now that he’s signed a ten year deal with Fox, is there a conflict to have shares in a team and be a tv presenter? If not, I think he will go to Miami if he can get the same deal as last year.

    Either way I think I speak for most here when I say if he did join the Raiders today, I’m forever grateful that my personal fav QB and GOAT actually joined my favorite team, Something I remember Begging Brady for on Twitter in jest..Honestly my mind is still blown over 2020 <3

  12. As a Pats fan that adopted the Bucs because I side with Brady in the divorce from Belichick, I can see only three teams that he’d sign with: Bucs, Dolphins, or the 49ers. The Bucs had a hard time with injury this past year. If they can improve the offensive line and get better on defense, the Bucs will be a contender again. The Dolphins and the 49ers are loaded with talent and are a QB away from being able to win now. I just hope wherever Brady goes, he has a good season.

    This at least tells us that Brady is likely not retiring. Assuming Gronk is a good source, and I don’t see why he wouldn’t be.
