  1. #CONGRATULATIONS EDDIE JULIEN YOU HAVE WON AN ALL EXPENSE PAID TRIP TO SAINT PAUL! YOU HAVE OFFICIALLY WON THE “WHO GETS YEETED FOR ROYCE” SWEEPSTAKES

    Edit: JUSTICE FOR WALLNER

  2. Not fun when the team you root for strikes out double digits day in and day out.

  3. 14 Strikeouts, baserunning blunders, facepalm inducing defense, and a shutout ending with a nice cascade of boos.

It might be time to try something new.

  4. Shoutout to today’s Random_Word_1234 account for DMing me trying to insult me for having awful takes. If it wasn’t for you harassing people for being optimistic, this sub might be over-run with optimism!

(But seriously, don’t DM and harass people. Totally not cool.)

  5. Twins are now 10-14 this month and have won 1 series. Averaging 9.8 strikeouts per game in that stretch. Correa and Buck are not carrying this team but the new guys and young guns are. Definelty not something I expected.

  6. The baby-brained doomers in this sub might think that having 14 Ks, 0 runs, 0 xBHs, multiple costly errors, and multiple costly baserunning mistakes is a bad thing.

If they only understood that when you factor in bad umpiring and wxJETRDN we would have had .52 runs.

  7. I’m trying to find a sliver lining for this team and the fan base. Least Target Field looked relatively empty so lots of Minnesotans saving their time and money! Woot

  8. That’s it, that was the worst loss of the season. Rock bottom..

Get popkins off this team and get Willi Castro out of center field. Buxton is taking up a valuable DH spot only to be an atrocious hitter. We’ve all seen enough of his awful 2 strike swings on breaking balls way out of the zone. I love you Buck but the time is now to utilize your platinum glove potential.

The good news is the upcoming opponents are beatable. Difficult but beatable. Kepler, Polanco, and Royce Lewis. You’ll all be back soon; it’s your time to shine.

  9. I for one would prefer if these professional baseball players start positively regressing and also stop shooting out their bats at every breaking ball in the dirt. Glad Correa is hitting the ball with more authority, hopefully Lewis and Polanco’s returns give the team the square kick in the pants it needs.

  10. The Blue Jays turned good pitches into bloop hits. The Twins turn good pitches into Ks. That’s the difference.

  11. Rocco should’ve been shown the door in 2021. I’ve been saying it since then

  12. Luis Arraez is slashing .371/.461/.887 with a 145 ops+, 1.8 WAR, and has the lowest Ab/SO rate in the MLB at 17.8.

I wonder what the twins lineup would look like if they had a highly productive, disciplined young hitter like Arraez playing on a daily basis.

Maybe we should consider targeting him for the trade deadline. He could play 2nd.

  13. At least this game made management’s decisions easier who to send back. Julian could be credited to costing us around 3 runs today

  14. Twins Projected Season Wins Tracker:

The Twins are now on pace to win 83 games.

Editorial: Any Regular Show fans here?
You know who else got shut out by the Blue Jays?? My Mom!!

  15. Monkey paw really curled when twins fans wished for some good pitching.

  16. I would really like it if Twins hitters would stop swinging at junk and looking at clear strikes

  17. It would be nice if anyone’s hot streak lasted more than a few games. Farmer was on fire and is ice cold a week later.

  18. I think the Twins are an absolutely terrible team right now, and also the best team in the division, lol
