  1. We can get mad at him for playing bad but statements like these are what a leader is supposed to say to make sure his team is ready

  2. The crying about Jimmy’s quotes are getting annoying. He’s gonna get flamed for them if we lose but I don’t mind him saying these things. Can’t get up there and look shook and you’re the leader of the team. They feed off his energy

  3. He almost always says the right things

But we need to see it now. When you talk the talk, you have to walk the walk.

  4. I still believe in Jimmy. He appeared in the last minutes, hell he got the win, Boston just had the tip in.

  5. Yep it’s not gonna matter if he plays better and then everyone else goes back to playing normal

  6. For sure. We MUST win and he MUST show up. BOTH are needed to clear his name. Idc how amazing he played in the 14 games prior. Choking this badly is all on him.

  7. never thought I’d say this, but Jimmy needs to shut the fuck up and actually perform, dude’s been repeating the same bullshit the last three games

  8. I feel bad for pro athletes it’s such a fine line between exuding confidence and hyping up your team and giving opposing teams and fans bulletin board material

  9. It’s amazing how all the pressure is on the underdog 8th seeded team to overachieve.

  10. If I were BigFace I would be like Hey Boston…be afraid…be very afraid. But then again, I’m not him. Hopefully they whoop Celtics a** tomorrow once and for all.

  11. If Jimmy shows up and wins, I don’t think you’re gonna have to worry about what happens if you lose, by defaultt.

  12. It was entirely his own fault for playing badly, too. He kept looking to pass. There was no sense of urgency or aggression. He was super passive always looking to pass.

    Do better, Jimmy.

  13. I’m already at peace with this season regardless of the outcome tomorrow. I never in my wildest dreams expected THIS squat to make it this far so although I would love for us to make the Finals especially after last year, I think we were all ready to call this season over before the playoffs even began

  14. He said it was his fault for playing like shit. Sounds like someone taking responsibility for the loss. That’s leadership.
