2023 Aggregate NBA Mock Draft: Brandon Miller climbs to No. 2; Taylor Hendricks rising

>GG Jackson entered the combine, hoping to send a clear message to NBA executives at the combine. “What they saw during the season as far as me going on Instagram LIVE and the behavior issues isn’t the kind of player that I am,” Jackson said. “I’m just a competitive player who wants to win. I’m willing to do anything and everything to try to help the organization.”

>After being the offensive focal point on a South Carolina team with a lack of overall talent around him, Jackson also wants executives to know he can fit into a system.

>“My playmaking skills were very iffy this year,” Jackson said. “With the high usage rate, I felt like I had high expectations I put on myself to be the superhero, so a lot of shots you might look back and say, ‘What was that?’”

>Jackson – who sees himself splitting time between the three and four positions – is working on his lateral quickness to improve his ability to stay in front of his opponent, tightening his handle and shooting off the dribble ahead of the draft.

>Jackson interviewed with the Lakers, Knicks, Jazz, and Raptors at the combine.

The article itself has GG Jackson 22nd.

  1. They’ve worked out and interviewed a few guys projected in the 20’s, makes me wonder if the FO is planning to have either Portland’s #23, one of Brooklyn’s, or a Pacers pick maybe, perhaps even Lakers #17 in a GTJ trade 🤷‍♂️

  2. this guy is such a project. being the youngest player in the draft is doing a lot of leg work for him imo.

  3. Fuck it just do the Portland Siakam for 3rd pick + Simons trade. Retain OG and Jak and we got a squad.

    Atleast he’s self-aware

  5. People on this forum put way too much faith on pre draft lists. Just because a guy is mocked in the 20s doesn’t mean we should ‘trade down”and get him. If we really want any player in the first round … we draft him at 13, no matter what he’s projected to go. We don’t move back to 22 and watch him go 21.

  6. I wouldn’t be surprised if we drafted him I think they will. I wouldn’t be mad at it tho

  7. Been spamming for months. I like that he already has offensive tools to go get a bucket. Seems like a PG lite and seems like his game would mesh well with Scottie.

  8. Was kinda surprised by this til I read that he’s 6’9 with a 7 foot wingspan
