  1. The Seahawks are run by competent people like Pete and John, it’s not Jody’s fault before Paul died the Blazers front office has hired and fired terrible coaches and GMs. She’s pretty hands off and trusts the people hired to make the right decisions, which Pete and John seem to be doing just fine. I mean they traded away a franchise quarterback, that’s pretty huge.

  2. I wonder if she’s going to try to buy the team when it’s for sale. I don’t even know if that is possible but she does seem to like being the owner. I was kind of surprised she was in the draft room and that she goes to the games.

  3. It’s weird because as a fan of both the hawks and the blazers the hawks organization is building something really special since the early 2010s. However, the blazers(since Allen’s death) have been stuck in purgatory with no direction.

  4. Jody has been in the war room each draft, and made the right call to trade Russ and keep John and Pete. She stays in the background, and she has ran this ship super well. I really wish she could keep the team.
