1. Watching Monti work those trades at the beginning was incredible. So glad the team greenlighted airing that footage.

2. what a difference monti is in the draft behind the scenes of Kiem was very just calm and chill looking at a board of players and say “you like that guy or this guy more”. while monti does everything hes on the phones and going 100 mph to get the best for the team love to see it.

3. That first bit was amazing. Impressed by Monti, especially with the situation he was hired in.

5. We’ve only had Monti for a few months now but I already freakin’ love him. And I know it’s dumb, but it’s kinda special to me that very shortly after Cardinals nation lost [one Monty](https://i.imgur.com/lclOEYG.jpg), it gained another one. Our GM’s got big shoes to fill.

6. what was interesting to me is how much it seemed to be 100% Monti. No collaboration, just Monti cookin by himself. Almost like the movie Draft Day.

   Turned out amazing, but I do think that style is prone to mistake long term. Hopefully someone can jump up & say ‘whoa chill’ if need be. Sounded like Vegas asked for our 2024 #1 in order to move up from 12 to 7? Lol fuck you, thats ridiculous to even ask
