Looking for signature ID

Hello everyone, I’m in the UK and sell vintage clothing, I’ve come across this hockey Jersey that appears to have a signature on the back. Now being a Brit, I have absolutely no idea who this could be, if it is a player at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
