This is really interesting and something I’d actually like to see management start doing. I’m sick of getting stuck with awful contracts like Trouba’s (reminds me of Girardi, Staal, Boyle, Shattenkirk, etc.). And if the player doesn’t turn out to be so great, they are still very moveable because they’re young.
