  1. Development, Development, and Development. This is all Nashville needs to worry about. Don't try and push for a WC spot. If trades come up for McDonagh, O'Reilly, Nyquist, Schenn, and/or Barrie, take them and get some youth or picks out of it. If they look like they can make the playoffs naturally, don't buy just for a chance to advance to the 2nd round.

  2. was a big fan of a lot of their moves and love giving the young guys a chance, mentorship blah blah with oreilly as corny as that sounds. in that division they could be top 3 honestly but that’s kind of a high expectation. didn’t miss the playoffs by a lot despite injuries and have a better team now than they did for a lot of last year. novak and glass are legit btw
