It’s basically up to JB… Either he can make the next step, and transition to a playoff caliber coach, or we will continue to get the uninspired, *deer in the headlights* we got last season.
My issue with the roster is that there is no consencus top 15-20 player of all time on this team.
To me, we will always be fighting an uphill battle without an absolutle bonafide superstar.
Could that be mitchell? I love mitch but i dont think so .

So i think if i had to guess, this version of the cavs will be akin to maybe the Lebronto Raptors or all the other teams that are good but not great.
what can we do? hope mobley develops into a top 15-20 player all time but i doubt that.
basically all we can do is try our hardest, maybe an injury to a superstar can help us in the playoffs or something. But i dont see us being pre season favorites or world beaters without a top 15-20 guy all time
