Harden says that the story of him ‘pouting’ and refusing ASG invite is a lie.

  1. We need to stop praising people for “saying what they believe” or “speak their minds.” That is not laudable if you believe stupid shit that is completely divorced from reality.

  2. I don’t even know what to say, it’s weird that last time everywhere you looked it was the Sixers gave up on Ben and threw him under the bus, us fans weren’t supportive enough of him or something, and this time the media is almost making me feel bad for James….…. Almost.

  3. Oof. I thought he missed out on ASG because Giannis doesnt like him and refused to give up his spot even though he was injured and only played for like 2 posessions.

  4. I don’t care about anything until he shows up and plays on our team. Otherwise I’m not paying attention to any noise

  5. “Ramona Shelburne is a liar, and I will never be a part of an article that she is a part of. Let me say that again: Ramona Shelburne is a liar, and I will never be a part of an article that she is a part of.”

  6. Is he going to blame the Sixers front office for spreading these “Lies” and be even more disgruntled?

  7. Nba analysts have been exposed multiple times this summer for lying and we’re still posting things they say as “fact”

  8. Harden is the worst. Can we just buy him out and add it to our void years, or does the NBA still have its Draconian salary cap rules?

  9. I’m sure some of this is sensationalized a bit, but there’s way too much smoke to be without fire. Over the past month, James Harden has made it blatantly obvious what the issue is. He still thinks he’s a full max player and there isn’t a team in the league that agrees with him.

The mental gymnastics people were doing to figure out a way to talk this secret backroom deal into existence was nuts. The man was pissed because he didn’t get a full max offer, then was pissed that he wasn’t traded quickly for the peanuts LA was willing to give up for him.

It’s almost ironic that he thinks he’s the guy from 2017, but somehow his preferred destination doesn’t think he’s worth a career role player and he hasn’t connected the dots yet.
