[NHL Network] The Buffalo Sabres and Ottawa Senators are both looking to end their playoff droughts this season. Which team has a better chance of making the playoffs?

1. I think Ottawa could be better in the immediate short term and we will have more sustained success. Said it in other threads but I think both of us make the playoffs.

2. I hate hearing about Ottawa’s playoff drought. They made it in 2017 while I was in college. The Sabres haven’t made the playoffs since I was in grade 7.
