We won the trade

  1. I’m all for dunking on Toney after he’s been such a petty bitch post-trade. But one bad game doesn’t make the Chiefs losers of the trade. Toney helped them win a Super Bowl and it’s entirely possible he has some production for them in the future.

That being said, if he continues to be a clown whose time on the injury report is less harmful to his team than when he’s actually playing, then heck yeah Giants won that trade.

  2. They won a superbowl with him and he played a big part that game with his punt return. This’ll just be a win-win for both sides if Waller and Hawkins pan out

  3. Don’t even care about winning the trade. Just glad to see Toney get a reality check. Dude is so hung up on the giants because…?

They traded him to a Super Bowl team and with the best QB in the league. Should be thanking them if anything.

  4. I wouldn’t say we won . They needed Toney for a Super Bowl, they got it. If anything we need to have our guys contribute THEN we can say it’s a win win. Right now, the chiefs paid some small draft picks to guarantee a Super Bowl win

Our acquisitions look promising but they haven’t even played an official down yet so slow your roll

  5. Chiefs make that trade 10 times out of 10 since Toney helped get them a SB. That punt return was huge.

  6. Can we please move on from Toney? This is getting pathetic and petty…like the petty ex who keeps talking shit about their partner from the past and can’t focus on their current relationship. Toney didn’t work out for us and he’s gone from our roster, I wish him well on his own journey.

Toney wasn’t on the field for us often, he got traded, he won a ring with KC, and he had 1 bad regular season game for them this year. There’s still 16 games to go for KC. We haven’t even played a game yet with Tre or Waller. Stop saying we won the trade when we don’t even know if these guys will be KG 2.0 or not. Evaluate that shit at the end of the season.

  7. We can’t win the trade because Chiefs can’t lose. They gave up a 3rd round pick and won the Super Bowl. Win-Win
