  1. Positives from today’s Cleveland/minor league baseball:

    Guardians bats find a little bit of power with 🐐 and 💨 both hitting solo home runs to lead the offense, as they get 2 runs via 4 hits and a walk.

    CBus keeps the power hits coming, getting 5 runs off of just 5 hits and 2 walks. Lava gets a homer and Jhonk gets two, now at 26 on the year with a 2/4 and 4 RBI day. SpongeBob also goes 2/4 with a double and a triple. Norris has a decent game opening with 4IP, 4H, 1R, 0BB, and 3K on 50 pitches with the sole damage a solo shot.

    Akron has also discovered home runs with Petey Halpin getting a solo blast and Bryce Ball getting 2 home runs, one a solo and one a two run. Halpin, Ball, and Milan Tolentino all go 2/4, Ball with 3 RBI and Halpin with 1.

    LC features Dayan Frias and Jake Fox both going 3/4 on the day in their 5-1 victory via 9 hits and 3 walks. Chase DeLauter goes 1/2 with 2 walks and keeps that average at .366 on the year. Parker Messick goes 6IP, 8H, 1R, 1BB, and 7K on 85 pitches with the sole damage a solo shot. Josh Wolf goes 2IP and Magnus Ellerts goes 1IP, 3K to secure the win. Unfortunately, Lake County has been eliminated from playoff contention.
