  3. As someone who’s X’s and O knowledge is limited to Madden, I’m guessing that’s not by design. McDaniel probably schemed up something to get this matchup. But STILL, what a shitshow. At least sit back in a shitty zone defense all game and limit huge plays. Staley just continuing to crash and burn.

    Wondering how much he actually knows about defense. Did he like, con his way to a head coaching position? Awful. So awful.

  7. Before this game I was thinking, “Let Staley coach untill the end of the season, if he’s losing get rid of him.” After this game, I’m thinking promote Moore now.

  10. There’s this new philosophy amongst artists/athletes that tradition is dead and you have to come up with an absolute novel approach to succeed. Abstract and complicated processes get worshipped just for the fact they sound fancy, it’s something c suite people are guilty of embracing.

    As a project manager/producer, keep it simple stupid. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. It’s fine if the opponent sees it coming, if you do it well they won’t stop it.

    Or we can turn football strategy into this.

  22. Saturday I was getting so much shit in the threads when I said how fucking awful Staley is as HC. I feel so god damn vindicated right now.

    He will blow this opportunity to succeed with our very talented roster. His first step was entering the season with Murray still starting. LBers aren’t expensive, it would’ve been pretty easy to cut him even with no cap saving (or make him a STer) and get a capable guy to play next to Kendricks.

  25. Dolphins goin for it on 4th and 7 and completing was a statement. Supreme confidence even after the misnaps and blocked passes, they just knew they had us and now realizing it was Mack on Tyreek on the 2nd play of the game 🤡
