Selfishly I vote Austin.
However Seattle and Nashville are the cities I’d pick if I’m being objective.
It will be Seattle and Las Vegas because it would be 2 west teams so Minnesota can go East. But I hope it is Seattle and San Diego. And then Montreal and St Louis if the league expands further.
