PSS is Microsoft partner team so probably that work team put a hockey team in the hemby cup or sponsored a team.
I’d imagine Microsoft made them for their employees playing for them at the Hemby Cup. Place I work at has company jerseys too, not hard or expensive to get them made.
Looks like they used to also have a nice black Jersey

I used to work for Microsoft and played hockey w/ them around 2000-2006. They have a support office in Charlotte. I was terrible. But we had some Canadians that were pretty good. It was all rec league, after hours kind of stuff.
