How is this not a violation the guy is literally sitting behind the baseline even up to the point the ball is 3/4 of the way there. If u stop there u can see his feet clearly behind the line no knowing how far he might have been back off camera.
Thanks any explanation to how this is legal?

Doesn’t the rule state you can’t be this first person to touch the ball if you are out of bounds?
