Granlund would be a serviceable 1C maybe 7-8 years ago
I love how most of the names you don’t really recognize, you already know enough to know that they’ve been traded early and therefore they probably suck. They’re like the opposite of Vegas where the outcasts from other teams just keep sucking at hockey instead of suddenly being better.
Not tryin to chirp too hard but if I were a fan of the Sharks I would rather have 6/7 no name kids instead or 6/7 kids who still suck at NHL hockey. It’d be more hopeful for them.
Both SJ Shark goalies this year have been worth the price of admission and/or the time spent watching their farm team grow nothing. I like underdogs and the way Blackwood and Kahkoken have been hung out to dry and still kept kicking out pucks was admirable, and it’s all the more impressive that they usually have to make their best clutch saves when they know they’re gonna lose anyway, which is usually when there’s 20 minutes left in the first period.
They used to be like Jaws but now they’re like the documentary Sharkwater. I realize this is some world class shit talk but it comes from a place of love and I want them to piss off Vegas again.
