I know it’s not exactly hockey related, but anytime we can put more light on mens mental health I think it’s important to do so. Stick taps for Grayson who was a huge Hurricanes fan, a great golfer and someone who was open about his mental health struggles the last couple years in attempt to remove the stigma that few are willing to talk about publicly.
Stuff like this makes me think about Rypien, friends I’ve lost, myself and buddies I currently know struggling. Do yourself a favour this week call or hang out with a buddy, ask how they’re really doing and just check up on the boys. You never know.
