  1. Hell, let’s just hold the final in Kansas City. (MO) Boys could use a travel break.

  2. So what you’re saying is we need a team in Greenland? Is that before or after Wood Buffalo gets their team.

  3. I looked it up, and google says it’s about a 7.5 hour flight. That will be rough if it goes the distance. At least they don’t seem to travel on commercial flights like they used to.

  4. And Sunrise, Florida is closer to the Galapagos Islands than Edmonton.

  5. Rogers Place is also 2,130.7 miles to Canada’s land border with Denmark.

  6. Bit of a travel disadvantage for Florida.
    Edmonton used to long travel.

  7. If I were an Edmonton fan I’d make a vacay out of it. Beach, margaritas and hockey.

  8. Best solution: play the SCF halfway at Nebraska-Omaha’s NCAA hockey barn.

  9. Maximum north vs. maximum south. If it was Game of Thrones, it would be Winterfell vs. Sunspear.

  10. Now think about this each time you think a player looks gassed or tired or something

  11. I straight up said after they won to my buddy that these have to be most polar opposite teams geographically to play

  12. Play the whole series at Mullett Arena. It’s the least we can do for hockey fans in Arizona.
