That is indeed a fun fact
Play the game in Nuuk you cowards
Hell, let’s just hold the final in Kansas City. (MO) Boys could use a travel break.
both teams will work hard to finish this in 4-5 lol
So what you’re saying is we need a team in Greenland? Is that before or after Wood Buffalo gets their team.
florida is also closer to france than to edmonton
That’s why our ice is so good!
Greenland is covered in ice and Iceland is very nice.
I looked it up, and google says it’s about a 7.5 hour flight. That will be rough if it goes the distance. At least they don’t seem to travel on commercial flights like they used to.
And Sunrise, Florida is closer to the Galapagos Islands than Edmonton.
Rogers Place is also 2,130.7 miles to Canada’s land border with Denmark.
Bit of a travel disadvantage for Florida.
Edmonton used to long travel.
If I were an Edmonton fan I’d make a vacay out of it. Beach, margaritas and hockey.
We the North, no really like, North North.
Best solution: play the SCF halfway at Nebraska-Omaha’s NCAA hockey barn.
Why don’t they play the Stanley cup finals in Russia then? 🤷♂️
This really is USA Avs the communists, just like my uncle said
Game is going 7
Edmonton is beautiful this time of year!
Maximum north vs. maximum south. If it was Game of Thrones, it would be Winterfell vs. Sunspear.
Now think about this each time you think a player looks gassed or tired or something
Shhhhhh!
Putin might hear you.
I straight up said after they won to my buddy that these have to be most polar opposite teams geographically to play
Play the whole series at Mullett Arena. It’s the least we can do for hockey fans in Arizona.
