all right what’s Happ y Bo Rico from Street scores and we have a really fun video today a lot of jayen Daniels hype from around the NFL right now first of all some people have brought up the fact that Washington Commander’s quarterback jayen Daniels is as fast as Tyre Hill is he the fastest quarterback out of the entire NFL we’re going to break down where this came from also we have some people saying that he’s a top 12 quarterback top 12 fantasy quarterback we also have LS r saying that jadden danels will take the DMV by storm we’re going to compare Jayden daniels’s Heisman season to Joe burough we have several commanders teammates talking highly of Jaden Daniels as well we’re going to do a whole jayen Daniels hype Deep dive right now based off of just everything that’s happened recently this is not just overall since we’ve drafted them because I’ve already done a whole video on that a while ago this is just like a quick update of things that have been said or things that have happened that have been brought to our attention with like just the past week within the last week so before we dive into all of that make sure you s f that like button s f the subscription content man really appreciate y’all staying patient with me ended up just really busy really random day yesterday so I wasn’t able to get a video out to y’all yesterday but I definitely have this one today and I may even do another one tonight so just be on the lookout for that I know know we are having OTA practices right now but I don’t believe it’s open to the media so we’ll probably not get any news of it I think we’ve only had any media availability to like three out of the 10 practices that they’ve had so of course whenever we do get to see or hear about or know about anything that’s going on in practices I will update y’all on those immediately that day and stay tuned for all the other content working on some rookie film sessions for the rookie class of course there’s going to be this huge gap between June J 13th to when training camp starts like all the way in like July it’s going to be like a 6 week Gap and so in between then is when I’m finally going to be able to have the chance to really work on some of these rooky film sessions so stay tuned for all of that without further Ado let’s go a and dive into this video Let’s Get It Adam Adam [Music] all right so first of all people noticed recently like a few days ago that hey man that boy Jaden danels might be one of the fastest players in the entire NFL like apparently he ran an astonishing 21.8 miles per hour during his touchdown run against Florida that was also the same exact game that he became the first quarterback in FBS history to account for at least 350 passing yards and 200 yards rushing in a single game and as a Georgia Bulldog fan I would love for it to happen to nobody more than the Florida Gators so thank you Jaden Daniels for that one big time but again he ran 21.8 milph in that game in one of those runs and that’s faster than Lamar Jackson and Justin Fields I would have loved to have seen him actually run the 40 time but maybe he’s one of those guys that doesn’t necessarily accelerate that quickly but he has great long speed who knows maybe that’s why he didn’t run the 40 time maybe he can’t get to his top speed as quickly as Lamar Jackson and Justin Fields can but maybe he has a higher top speed than those guys but also somebody pointed out the fact that if he can run 22 m per hour if you round up by2 that’s just as fast as Tyreek Hill Tyreek Hill is only recorded a speed over 22 mph once the entire last season so that would make Jaden Daniels one of the fastest players in NFL history if he’s almost as fast as the guy that is the fastest player in NFL history but I think Daryl green would love to have a word with that as well even it’s crazy because Daryl green didn’t necessarily like kill the 40 time but whenever he would have a race with anybody or fully padded people out there running against each other Daryl green was that guy and that’s another thing I want to point out that yeah maybe Lamar Jackson and Justin Fields would have t like they could have had faster 40 times than him not paded but we see when padded Jaden Daniels is faster than Lamar Jackson and Justin fields and is one of the fastest players in the entire NFL in entire NFL history really and that’s what matters the most not when you’re just wearing regular clothes but how fast do you win fully padded when it matters most when it’s actually in a game and Jaden Daniels has that so that’s amazing that’s the first thing that we’re going to talk about then next up three time first team all Pro and eight time Pro Bowl quarterback Patrick Peterson was talking about Commander’s quarterback Jaden Daniels on the Rich Eisen show a couple of days ago June 4th he said I just thought that Daniels was the best all-around quarterback in this entire 2024 draft the exact quote I thought he was the best overall quarterback in the draft as far as skill set pocket presence going through the process of reading the routes we’ll see how it comes into fruition this season but he had a hell of a run with the Tigers and I was happy to see him bring home the Heisman Trophy and of course Patrick Peterson went to LSU as well just like Jayden Daniels so he was clearly rooting for jayen Daniels and still is but he said that he truly believes that jayen Daniels is actually the best quarterback in this draft even bias set aside but I did want to acknowledge the fact that Jada DS did go to LSU he’s an LSU fan and all of that so of course there may be some slight bias there but I also want to point out the the fact that that does not automatically mean that his opinion is any less right there’s is a still a strong case in Patrick Peterson’s corner for Jaden Daniels and speaking of LSU quarterbacks winning Heisman I would have loved to have seen Patrick Peterson talk about how he feels about jayen Daniels in comparison to Joe burough and while we’re at it if you look on the screen right now when comparing their Heisman Trophy winning seasons you can actually give the slight Edge to jayen Daniels and I mean we’ll see what Bri Thomas Jr Malik Neighbors come become at the next level and I think they are Elite wide receivers but I may honestly give now granted highight 2020 maybe this is just like a we’ve seen what Jamar Chase and Justin Jefferson have done at the NFL level we haven’t seen what Malik neighbors and Brian Thomas have done at the NFL level but if I had to pick today which pair I think is going to end up being better five years from now I still have my money on Jamar Chase and Justin Jefferson but that’s just me personally so my argument is that Joe burrow probably had the better receivers slightly very close but very slightly and at the same time as you can see Joe burrow had more passing yards by over 500 he had more passing touchdowns by four but jayen Daniels of course also had less interceptions way more rushing yards way more rushing touchdowns and easily over 300 more yards than Joe burrow overall total yards and also three more total touchdowns in totality so a man you can argue that Jaden Daniels had the better Heisman season will he be the better NFL quarterback we’ll have to wait and see there but I just like comparing that Heisman campaign right there and there’s just so many parallels Elite wide receiver Duo some a great offensive line defenses that are allowing other teams to give up a bunch of yards I I feel like the parallels are so strong both transferred to LSU from their previous colleges the parallels are insane except for their skill sets so I just wanted to go ahead and compare that let’s keep it pushing with jayen Daniels now Lewis rck on ESPN’s NFL live a couple of days ago June 5th he talked about how he had high hopes for Washington commanders rookie quarterback jayen DS he said that he’s going to take that town the DMV by storm shouts out to DC Sports Experience for this graphic right here you can follow him at DC Sports XP on Twitter always producing great graphics just like this one and that’s the quote that’s the quote right there he’s going to take this town by I love that and if anybody would know I mean it’s LS rck who’s even worked for the bergy and gold in the front office role before so if anybody has tapped into the DMV area that’s a part of ESPN you know like the national media it would be LS rck his exact quote it’s hard not to get super excited about Jaden DS he’s going to accept the challenge of playing behind an offensive line where three- fifths of it will be new and and then let’s stop the quote there he also acknowledged all of the weapons that he’s going to have around Jaden Daniels and and talked about Terry mclen Jan Bon and all of those guys and then continuing with the quote so he’s got some help in developing offensive line but as far as himself and what he is doing you’ve seen some of the clips from throws he’s making already in OTAs and it’s spectacular and I’ve had correspondence with people down there who have said very rarely does the ball hit the ground he puts the ball exactly where it needs to be put he can throw with touch he can throw with velocity he is a student of the game and he’s somebody that most importantly that the players gravitate towards around him already they want to be around him they want to be accountable to him they want to do better for him he’s going to take that town by storm as everything grows along around him and I have 100% confidence in that unquote man and those are very high regards for Jaden D who is still only inv voluntary OTAs we still haven’t even gotten a man mini camps we’re not even close to training camp yet let alone the preseason let alone the regular season when games actually matter but from everything that we’re hearing and seeing so far about Jayden Daniels from people close to the situation people who have access to the practices and everything like that everybody is very high on Jayden Daniels right now truly believe that he can be the star in the face of the franchise that the DMV area has been looking for for the football team for a long time and then this is also coming from somebody that felt like Jayden DS was the best quarterback and this entire class as well you already talked about Patrick Peterson saying that just a few minutes ago in this video then you can also add Lewis Reit to that as well now moving on then you have field Yates on the DraftKings Network and he’s doing his fantasy Feast whole segment and things like that he talked about why Jaden DS was ranked ahead of Caleb Williams in his fantasy football right now in this fantasy Feast podcast he said quote Caleb is an awesome athlete but Jaden Daniels is a rare athlete unquote so this is another guy that has Jaden Daniels above Caleb Williams maybe not necessarily overall but at least fantasy quarterback wise Phil Yates likes Jayden Daniels more than he likes Caleb Williams because he also said in the quote quote if you go back and look at quarterbacks historically and take a much smaller snapshot of like the past five seasons there have been a ton of quarterbacks that have impacted the game with their legs and there have been very few that may be mark Mariota from a couple of years ago that you can say that was not a starting level fantasy football quarterback if you can rush for 500 yards in a season as a quarterback there’s a pretty darn good chance that your floor is relatively high but we’re not just chasing the floor in fantasy football we’re of course chasing the ceiling as well and while Caleb Williams may have been the best wide receiver Trio in the entire NFL it’s not like Jayden Daniels has a terrible situation around him with those wide receivers Terry McClaren perpetually perhaps under underrated but maybe more importantly just play with bad quarterbacks he and Jan doson a very reasonable starting point for jadden DS to be throwing the football to this year I think Jaden Daniels is in a pretty good spot to be a top 12 quarterback this year finish quote again that is field Yates right there and to field yates’s point this is what happens when you don’t have a spy on Jaden Daniels at all times [Music] so when we’re talking legs we’re talking legs legs again earlier in the video we talked about how he ran up to 21.8 milph at a certain point in that run against Florida where he set that FBS record and that 21.8 milph is faster than Lamar Jackson and Justin fields and almost as fast as Tyreek Hill you’re seeing it with video evidence in that clip against Alabama Alabama one of the fastest most explosive and athletic defenses out of entire college football he’s not doing this against some random school this is not only the SEC but this is one of the top of the SEC one of the most elite defenses again in all of college football he’s doing this against so to feeli y’s point when you’re able to run the ball just in general but then to the extent of like a Jaden Daniels how he can run the ball on top of the fact that he’s more so a quarterback that can run than a running quarterback that can pass which just makes him unfair I believe that was Nick Sabin that gave that quote a while ago to basically said yeah like his legs are Elite but at the end of the day he’s a pure quarterback his legs just happen to be an extra superpower that he has but it’s not something that he relies on but when he wants to utilize it that’s the type of deadly production and and Elite athleticism that you’re going to see out of him on the field and to feel y’s point about him being a top 12 fantasy quarterback how do you defend that now moving on to the next part of this video Tyler bades the Commander’s new starting center that came from the Dallas Cowboys talked about Ricky quarterback Jaden Daniels and praised his work ethics he said quote he’s one of the first in the building every single day he’s doing a hell of a job doing extra in walkthroughs with cliff kingsberry and he’s always in the film room unquote and this is just to add to all of the compliments that Jaden Daniel has been getting from so many different players already early on in offseason practices again Jonathan Allen himself who’s been like the team captain one of the fa of the franchise has already said that he Prides himself on being one of the first if not the first in the building every day to practice and he says that jayen Daniels has beat him to practice I believe every day already so far this off season so I mean everybody’s taking notice and again we have so many compliments about Jayden danels but this video is just all circled around what are the things that are being said about and around Jaden Daniels recently like within the last week if I want to do an overall what everybody’s ever said about Jayden Daniel since we drafted him this video will be over an hour long if you want to go check out more quotes about him go check out the breakdowns I’ve done about Jaden Daniels from a few weeks ago this is just another update just to repeat that now moving on to the next video Adam Peters there’s a video of Adam Peters on the phone Rams GM Les sne before the 2024 draft a couple of months ago talking about what they might do and after the call Sneed says quote no Jaden Daniels for us unquote and I thought that was hilarious so like we assumed Adam Peters and the Washington commanders organization already knew that they wanted Jayden Daniels well before the draft and most importantly Adam Peters never said anything about jayen Daniels on the phone all he said was that they will stay at number two overall and with that draft pick and take a quarterback and then the Rams GM just assumed and knew that the pick would be Jayden Daniels so that shows you that the general consensus around real football people was that jayen Daniels was at least the obvious second best quarterback in the draft but like we’ve already discussed earlier a lot of people felt like Jayden DS was the best quarterback in this past draft even over Caleb Williams but I also want to take a few steps back because it’s also worth pointing out that the Rams tried to trade up for Jayden DS apparently that’s what led to the phone call with Adam Peters in the first place and Adam Peters basically politely told him no we’re staying there at number two we’re good but even if we were willing to trade back from number two this is kind of separate from Jaden Daniels for a second but the Rams had the 19th overall draft pick going into that 2024 draft I don’t know what package they could have possibly have put together in life to potentially persuade us to trade back from number two all the way to 19 to take whoever they may have wanted to take even if we didn’t love jayen Daniels even if Jaden Daniels didn’t exist I didn’t see the Washington commanders trading all the way back to 19 so that trade was just dead before it even started but I still wanted to acknowledge the fact that the Rams GM contacted our GM and Adam Peters was like nah we’re good don’t even bother man we’re sticking at number two and we’re taking the quarterback that we really like and we already know who it is ended up being Jayden Daniels but to my point that how basically Adam Peters didn’t even say it was jadden Daniels unless need already assumed that it was there was a general consensus that it should be Jaden Daniels and then also before we get up out of here I do want to point out the fact that we need to constantly remember and thank Greg zerline for making that game winning kick against us when we played the Jets because if we didn’t end up losing that game if the because for some reason we tried to win that game I still don’t understand why and this was week 16 too so by that point we already knew the season was cooked and shouts out to Greg zerline for making that game wi it kicked because that was the difference between us getting jayen DS and not getting jayen DS or whoever we may have ended up getting cuz maybe even Drake may maybe we end up with like the fourth overall pick and Jaden DS and Drake May are both gone by the time it’s our time to pick so yeah man shouts out to Greg zerine this one it constantly remind y’all anytime I’m doing like a deep dive into Jaden Daniels I’m always going to remind y’all about the Greg zerline game winning kick y’all need to make sure if y’all ever see him in public hug him please hug him just let him know why tell them you’re a commanders fan thank you for jayen D all of that type of stuff also I talked about this in my breakdown from a couple of days ago from OTAs when I talked about everything that happened in OTAs when we got to the Jayden Daniels part it was announced that Jayden Daniels will throw the first pitch at Sunday’s Nationals games against my Atlanta Braves and I thought it was also really interesting because Dan Quinn said in the pre-practice media press conference that there was a big discussion about jayen DS throwing out the first pitch in that Nets game and he said that he’s expecting a a strike no pressure but the main thing was is that it sounds like Dan Quinn and Jaden DS and maybe they included kick Cliff kingsberry who knows but there’s like an actual strategy going into this first pitch like they’ve actually worked with jayen Daniels off to the side outside of practice to perfect his pitch to where when he throws that first pitch it will look good and I just love that competitive nature that this team has cuz jayen Davis could easily just go out there and throw some any any old measly little pitch just like you know like look like he’s never thrown a pitch before in his life but Dan Quinn our head coach said that he’s basically strategizing with Jaden Daniels behind the scenes to where we can work on the pitch and make sure that pitch looks really good I absolutely love the competitive fire in this team cuz they don’t have to do that at all now moving on to another topic apparently 49er star wide receiver Brandon auk is skipping mandatory mini camp and can face up to over $100,000 in fines over the next three days if he continues to miss practice and godly man these guys are already in mandatory mini camps we don’t start until June 11th and we go through June 13th golly man and this report came out June 4th man they started mandatory mini camps earlier but either of the way Brandon auk is basically Holding Out for a contract and he’s willing to miss mandatory mini camp we’ll see if he’s willing to miss even more than that training camp preseason who knows how serious he is about staying put and making sure he gets his long-term contract or that he could potentially get traded which takes me to my point and as to why we’re talking about him in this Jayden Daniels video since we’re talking about Jayden Daniels why not talk about Jaden’s best friend in Brandon auk potentially getting traded here you you I’ve already done full breakdowns as to why and why not we should trade for Brad and iuk why and we why we should not trade for him and like what would the money be behind that what’s a potential projected contract per year how would that work with our team you pay Brandon auk this year then Terry McClaren the following year and then Jan Dawson the next year things like that so I I’ve already done that full breakdown if you want to know that but I just wanted to remind y’all just want to keep giving yall updates on the Brandon auk situation with the 49ers remember that’s Adam peters’s former team that’s Anthony Lynn’s former team that’s darl tap’s former team all those guys still have connections to the 49ers if they were willing to trade them anywhere within the NFC East at least because if I’m the 49ers I’m not trading Brandon iuk to another NFC team but if I were to do it we probably have the inside track on that with our great relationship to John Lynch and Kyle shanan and those guys but who knows but I just feel like the 49ers are going to basically stay T to down and not trade him but I just want to keep updating y’all on what jayen daniels’s best friend is doing at all times because I mean we we want Jaden DS on a Personnel side of things of course you know MoneyWise it doesn’t make a lot of sense but Jayden Daniels would love to have his best friend here I mean after Jayden Daniels was drafted Brandon IU pulled up to Jayden daniels’s live stream and basically said congratulations and great pick and all of that type of stuff and then like a couple of days after the draft jayen D and Brandon auk were already hanging out together in Cali all of that type of stuff they go back all the way back to their days at Arizona State together so and I mean Jen Daniels is close to Malik neighbors cuz they just most recently played together at LSU last year but like literally they are the him and Brandon IU Jaden danels and brenon auka just best friends they did that’s like the relationship right there he’s also close friends with CJ shroud and a lot of guys around the league already but Brandon auk is like literally the best friend so I know Jayden Daniels is doing everything that he can to fight for Brandon auk to come here and again with the Brandon auk situation not looking good for the 49ers just keep a look out but again logistic it doesn’t make a lot of sense for us but I’m going keep yall updated just literally because that’s Jayden D’s best friend if if Jayden D and Brandon a did not have a serious connection I would stop talking about him because yeah it would be nice to add receiver Talent here but there are a lot of different receivers we could talk about we could talk about t Higgins or maybe none of them are even worth talking about just in general only keep bringing up Brandon auk just because of how close he is to jadden DS and then lastly before we get up out of here we have jayen Daniels versus Drake May on national TV that was recently announced by the NFL earlier today as of 10:30 a.m. they announced the NFL preseason National Television schedule you have the Hall of Fame game of course in Kenton Ohio between the Texans and the Chicago Bears that will be nationally televised ESPN and ABC That’s Thursday August 1st then preseason week two you have Sunday August 18th New Orleans Saints at the San Francisco 49ers on Fox at 8:00 p.m. and then preseason week three Thursday August 22nd you have the Colts at the Bengal and that’s Prime Amazon on at 8:00 p.m. then Sunday August 25th you have the Arizona Cardinals at the Denver Broncos CBS at 4:30 p.m. and then you have Sunday August 25th same day as the Cardinals Denver Broncos game but later their game is at 4:30 then you have the New England Patriots at the Washington commanders in Landover Maryland NBC 8m for everybody to watch again the NFL will only have five nationally televised preseason games and we are one of them and I’m pretty sure I’m willing to bet my life savings that the it’s the second overall pick versus the third overall pick is the reason that we’re doing that and also in the third preseason game that’s probably the most that Jaden Daniels will probably play maybe the week one one he’ll play like a quarter maybe the week two one he’ll play maybe like a half maybe like a quarter and a half who see who knows maybe like almost two quarters and then the third one is when they’re trying to actually get to get ready for the regular season so I’m assuming he plays until they feel comfortable with taking them out until they see enough results maybe score like a touchdown or two and then they take him out so maybe he’ll play long maybe he won’t play long at all just depends on how efficient the offense is who knows preseason is really weird every team has their own new strategy we have a whole new coaching staff here whole new offensive coordinator GM and everything so nobody exactly knows what the strategy will be going into that game but my main point is that we will at some point have some jadden Daniels versus Drake May action going on and I’m really excited to tune into that cuz I feel like jayen Daniels definitely has the leg up on Drake May especially right now we’ll see where they are 5 years from now but today I easily got J D looking better than Drake May in that preseason game for everybody to
