Can EJ Emery’s Defense Push Him Into The Top 20 Of The NHL Draft?
and every time we saw emry play alongside him it just it elevated the pair together because they just kind of fit that role so well so I think being able to just be that rock while you have someone go Rush the puck gives you a lot more confidence in your own Zone and that’s what emry does and I know I’ve been pushing him probably higher than most people saying like he’s top 20 Prospect and some think he’s not even a first-rounder because he’s missing that offensive push but you still need guys who can play defense if they’re a defenseman of course and I feel like this is a guy who does it about as well as anybody in this draft
EJ Emery’s point production is nothing to write home about, but Steven Ellis believes he is worthy of a top-20 pick because of his outstanding defensive skills and ability to play with anyone.
