  1. 2025 should be a much better draft for the US. Hagens, Amico, Fondrk, and Hensley stand out to me

  2. God I hope this shuts up those guys who are saying
*”Canada doesn’t produce good prospects anymore”* crowd

I’m looking at you TSN and Toronto sun

  3. Weak year for Sweden and the US but both expected to have stronger classes next year

  4. Those numbers are at least slightly wrong, There were 18 Finns drafted and zero Danes. Kiviharju was born in Denmark but isn’t Danish

  5. Long way since 2016 when five Americans from the same city went in the first round.

  6. To be entirely fair this entire draft has been kinda boring…. I cant even name anyone interesting in the draft this year

  7. Americans, what are they stupid? Maybe Kurt Russell can create Miracles again.

  8. Why do teams keep drafting Canadians? Those guys can’t even win a Cup!

^(/s. Please don’t send me to work in the Poutine mines.)

  9. Thats crazy. 42 players drafted from Ontario, compared to 39 from the entire USA!!!

108% of the players from just 4% of the population… jeez

  10. I was wondering who that 1 german was, since I did not remember there being any this year.

Every other site I checked has Mac Swanson listed as being born in Anchorage, but [nhl.com](http://nhl.com) lists him as being born in Nürnberg?

EDIT: Also Hunter Laing is probably listed wrong. He seems to be from Canada, not the US
