I get that it’s the Chiefs division until proven otherwise but the Chargers can make the race interesting. What I don’t understand is pundits saying we’ll get 8 wins or less. In McCoys, Lynn’s, and Staley’s first seasons we went 9-7, 9-7, and 9-8. All had a winning season. Does anyone really think they were working with super talented rosters in their 1st year?? Yeah we have some question marks at some areas (CB, iDL, WR) but I’m buying into the Harbaugh factor elevating this team to 10-11 wins. And that’s enough wins to make the division race interesting.
For the first time since Schottenheimer, we have a HC who elevates his teams rather than getting carried by the talent.
