I know the 90s are widely considered the junk era of sports cards but those were my prime collecting years. I've got nothing but fond memories of card shows at the local Holiday Inn, hitting up gas stations and pharmacies for new packs, and hunting down singles to complete my sets.
I've got binders full of the things but these are the "valuable" (in the tween/teenager mindset) ones I keep in a cigar box in a closet. There's also the wall plaque, which is the only piece I actively display.
Any other 80s/90s kids out there with a stash?
