12. I’m sure the Bills are aware of Spencer’s health but there was a lesson a few years ago where they gave Eric Woods an extension after he had a career ending injury. I’m not sure it was ever supposed to come out but the extension date was known and an interview after he was forced to retire gave us the date in which he was injured. You would think they would have had the injury checked before the contract. I’m sure it won’t happen again.
    Anyway, I’m a big fan of Spencer for all of his athletic ability, size and length, it’s his demeanor that tells you he’s going to dominate. He’s just revving up. He’ll outperform the contract unless he gets a serious injury.

14. Both Greg R and AJ E started 2023 on fire until they got hurt and then their play dropped off. With the benefit of hindsight, I hope they give Smoot time to get well before he’s in a game. Give the young guys some game reps. I doubt it will determine if we win or loose. Better to have him play at 100% upon his return.

16. This is crazy to say because we have a bottom five or six wide receiving core in the NFL but our safeties are the weakest part of our team.

17. I am going to answer this for you Joe yes during the season when Lamar was starting before he got injured I remember thinking there is no way we're winning the Super Bowl with the scrub at safety.

18. Typical names except for Cook, didn't realize he was a leader. Nothing against Cook but just never heard of him in that leadership role. Milano should be kept on the shelf until playoff time. As far as Shakir, he was the Boise State passing game. I have no problem with Kahlil being the first read, he's earned it. With the ball in his hands, he's more a RB than a WR. Great balance and field awareness.

20. The Bills aren’t great with extending people considering the high number of bad contracts and dead cap space they seem to be stuck with every year. I can only hope this Spencer Brown contract works out, though I’m concerned with the injuries

23. I have really low expectations for this year. It will take awhile for Allen to get comfortable with the new receivers. I think we will be in it to the end but will not be a playoff team this year. But s good development year for our new players

29. Thanks for talking some sense into these Damar haters! I've asked them what they have seen RECENTLY that makes them think he hasn't gotten better and doesn't deserve a chance to start. There's no answer! We've seen recently that he's had a great camp. Hopefully he goes from a nobody , late round pick , to a quality starting safety. Micah and Poyer were nobodies when they got here and look how that worked.
