4. To be honest it would be better to mess with your opponent during the faceoff and get him to slash at your stick to break it so they get the 2 minutes for slashing.

9. The refs drive to the game. They have a vehicle in the parking lot. Just follow them out and tune em' up. That's what the boys used to do in the 70's 80's and into the 90's.

14. Everyone in this situation needed to relax. It's preseason. This is likely a reputation call for the Wings. They have become one of the whiniest and most bush league teams in the league since Lalonde took over.

15. Physics dictates that pressure applied to to the stick by leaning on it would cause it to break between the lower hand and the ice, it would not break between the two hands (unless already weakened in this area), so any idiot who thinks this is a good call should head back to middle school.
