2. If this truly is the start of the slide for us in Boston, you gotta admire our run in the playoffs since 2007-08. Missing the playoffs twice, 3 finals and a cup.

3. It's only 10 games into the season, I wouldn't be surprised if they play Toronto in the first round and beat them again

4. Commentators who diss the Flames without understanding them. OK, Monahan was Gadreau's centreman for years, and the next line was Backlund and Tkachuk. Behind them was Elias Lindholm and Mangipagne. Monahan got hurt, and ended up falling down the lineup, until he ultimately needed double hip surgery. He's a brilliant player but became limited by injury.

   Sutter loses his top Centre, puts Lindholm with Gadreau and Tkachuk as his wingers. They all end up having career years and all of a sudden people think Lindholm is a scoring centre. He's not. Once Gadreau and Tkachuk were gone, Lindholm regressed to his career pattern. He's a defensive centre.

   Lindholm was traded to Vancouver in an absolute heist of a trade for the Flames. They absolutely fleeced the Canucks. Zadorov is now on his 7th NHL team. He's a 3rd pair D'man, a 5,6,7 guy.

6. Oh we do not miss Jake DeBrusk. When the Bruins needed scoring last season he didn’t step up, no chance he would do it this.

9. I am not a bruins fan but I see their AHL team constantly since im local to them. This has been a long time coming, they have nothing in the tank and their systems and luck have helped mask it for two seasons at least.

16. It's simple. Other than Elias Lindholm, Marchand, Pastrnak, and McAvoy, the rest of their lineup sucks. When Charlie Coyle is your first line center, you're in trouble.

19. This is gonna age hilariously as always. Celebrating 10 games into the season this is why I don’t feel bad for leafs fan when they are disappointed year after year. (Bolts fan btw id love to see Boston be ACTUALLY so bad this season)

Meanwhile,Korpisalo goes and gets a shutout in Philly and Marchand gets 2 points.Toronto's core 4 have 46 pts but are 1 game up on the B's.Haters rejoice when the bane to their existence doesn't play up to their standard,forgetting,much like Canuck fans,Stanley Cups aren't won in October.Getting on the management group is rich,seeing as Shannahan has 1 undeserved playoff round victory in all his time in Toronto,Meanwhile,'problems' like Kadri go on to win cups elsewhere.Gonna laugh my ass off when Keefe wins the Jack Adams this year

24. Love the podcast boys but this isn’t it lol, Boston won and now there 2 points behind a team that on paper offensively is so much further ahead then Boston it’s not even comparable. The team is playing with a lot of new guys and taking on a different play style. It’s gonna take some time to work things out, they’ve started hot and it’s gotten them nowhere, and I know Adam hates boston because they beat you guys so much but 😂 boston isn’t terrible there just not having a hot start like usual

32. McAvoy is terrible, theyre constantly losing two way forwards that have been covering for his terrible play and Marchand got old. The GMs said lets get a bunch of bruisers.

33. my first thought was “how about call up your one single solid prospect, Fabian Lysell!” then went to look at his AHL stats: 1G, 1A in 7GP….yikes

34. People always want to count out the Bruins, they're always too old, always need to start a rebuild soon, and you always eat your words. I'm a Leafs fan, I don't like the Bruins, but I respect that franchise and I think they'll make the playoffs like always.

35. 9:00 it sucks hearing this all at once as a Bruins fan. You guys are so right that no one talks about the problems the Bruins have started to make for themselves over the past couple years. Hearing the full context is of the past couple years is just wild.

36. The reason the Bruins made the deal with Ottawa is because they didn't have the cap space to sign Swayman if they kept Ullmark for his fourth year. Also if they waited until July 1st Ullmark's updated 10 team NTC would kick in, and they would have nowhere to move him to and get any type of reasonable return. This isn't the gotcha on Sweeney and management you think it is.
