  1. Mlb needs ro do something about owners who don't want to compete by not spending money just pocketing profits. Mo reason larger markets should get small market owners rich. It's called competitive balance tax so start competing stop whining.

  2. Spending is fine. The mlb does need to put an end to manipulating the penalty cap by structuring payments decades out into the future though. That's the BS. If this was George steinbrenners yankees structuring a billion dollars of contracts decades into the future to game the system – MLB wouldn't have tolerated it. So what makes the dodgers different?
