  1. I think it's most impressive that he wasn't even maximizing his abilities, because he wasn't fussed about homers/hitting for power. Contact, speed, and defense were more important. But that helped him age so gracefully in sport. Really makes you wonder how much MORE he would have achieved if he'd come over sooner.
