  9. He'd already make more after taxes in Toronto if offered the same deal as the Giants since he's from California. If he's offered 50M more by the Jays he'd take home close to 38M more after taxes over the duration of the contract assuming its 275M from the Jays and 225M from the Giants. BTW it's a 6-7 hour drive from San Fran to LA.

    Hopeful for Santander and Alonso. Move Vladdy to 3rd and extend him 8 years for 300 million.
    He can move back to first in a few years. Maybe gets a better contract as a third baseman?

  17. He would be an idiot to sign with this pathetic piece of garbage for an organization, they have no intention of putting up a competitive team they can't even sign their own players. So why would any good players would want to come to Toronto, the ownership, management and coaching staff are all pathetic pieces of garbage it's like a circus.
