  1. probably a good thing this team misses the playoffs, it could cause changes in the front office and in the lineup. crazy how Montreal is ahead of Boston right now, and with the exact same time they started with this year, what are they doing right? Why did this team have to choke in game 7 in 2019, ugh!!!!!!

  2. Yes, the Boston Bruins demise has already begun and yes the only thing they should be doing at the trade deadline is selling

However, the Boston Bruins only real trade chips are:

-Four UFA/RFAs in Geekie, Brazeau, Frederic and Beecher

-Then four guys who only have 8-10 team NTC in Coyle, Zacha, Carlo & Korpisalo (so they could be moved to two-thirds of the league) and Andrew Peeke

They should try to move each and every last one of these guys for Cap Space, draft picks, young, near NHL ready prospects, whatever!!!

They will not trade Marchand, Pasta, Swayman or McAvoy. They see the last three as their future core

Brad Marchand is the Captain and the longest tenured Bruin on the team. Should they move Brad Marchand? Yes. Will Don Sweeney move Brad Marchand? Less than a 1% chance of that happening

Hampus Lindholm, Elias Lindholm and Nikita Zadorov contracts are also can't be moved due to their term, the money tied to those deals, the fact they all have full NTCs and all are either oft injured & soft (Hampus Lindholm) or are under performing greatly (Elias Lindholm/Nikita Zadorov)

No on wants or would give them anything for Jones, Wahlstrom, Brown Letierri, McLaughlin, Koepke, Wotherspoon, Osterle, Tufte, Ian Mitchell or Michael Callahan, so forget about trading any of those stiffs for anything of value

Current State of The Boston Bruins:

    -Basically .500 overall
-Well below .500 vs the playoff teams
    -Rotten power play
    -Bad penalty kill
-One of the worst 5×5 offenses in the NHL
    -Cap Jail
-Flawed big club roster that's going south fast
-No 1C, 1LW or 2RW on the big club roster or in their crap farm system
    -Putrid Farm System
    -Limited near term draft capital
-Few contracts that could be moved for value

Well at least they won a lot in the playoffs under Don Sweeney right so this current rotten state and their future being very much in doubt, all that's been worth it right? Nope

-8 of 9 years they've failed to win more than one playoff round and it's going to 9 out of 10 this spring

-ONE lousy 2nd round playoff series win in Don Sweeney's 10-year tenure as GM, ONE!!!

Get Don Sweeney another one of those GM of the Year awards STAT!!!! 🤣🤣🤣

But yeah, the demise of the Boston Bruins is here and it's time to sell, sell sell!!!

    Long past time really
