2. no the kcp signing has not worked out. it has been a terrible signing please stop defending it. magic would have the same record with or without kcp. he has no effect in helping this team.. magic got to the playoffs last season due to their defense and lost cause of their offense. kcp didnt just transform this team defense the defense was already there

3. The front office never has any pressure. They can do just about anything and continually screw up and not address issues of the roster. Anthony Black and Jett Howard are not developing, just terrible picks. Weltman, dude is a sham. He doesn’t know how to put a team together.

4. The lack of pressure whether from within the organization or from the outside is a huge problem. I’ve been told season ticket holders were being contacted yesterday regarding re-upping tickets for next season. There’s no way in hell I’d commit a thing to this without seeing a move made to improve the team NOW. The leash is way too long and there’s never been any urgency to accomplish anything here and the amount of time is takes them to assess things is now costing us seasons

5. The goal should have never been 4th seed. That’s all we were shooting for. Add in injuries and terribly constructed lineup and this season is circling the drain. It’s all on the FO and here we are begging for a move that probably isn’t coming. Its crazy

12. Sorry Phil, you say who cares who the best player then say Paolo is our best player. I got so much flack fighting against the narrative that franz was a 3/4 option after a game 7, and there were many many calls from Magic fans to trade him. Franz has been our most impactful player mainly because he plays both sides. Be honest

18. I disagree you need 1 player that everyones knows is the leader and best player. Chain of command matters, 1st option 2nd option matters. Or else you get a Jaylen Brown/ Tatum sistuation. What eased and solved that was a championship. But those rumblings of who is the better player almost tore that team apart.

19. When Paolo is playing, we run a different offense and it takes everyone else out of the offense. Goga is not Goga when Paolo is in. Black is not black when Paolo is in. Hear me when I say It is not Paolo's fault it is the coaches fault and that needs to change desperately need a new offensive strategy. Earlier in the year when Paolo was out we ran our offense like the rest of the league whatever we are doing now is not it.

20. IF Paolo or Franz can't take people off the dribble without a screen, they can't be a point forward. That's what it takes to be a point forward or point guard in this league. Pull up 3 or take people off the dribble 1v1.

21. I’m in the it’s not the players fault for this slump corner. It’s wetmans fault. Palo had one simple request at the end of last season. A table setter please. They come back with KCP which forces Suggs into the PG mode which he clearly is not. Maybe Caitlin Clark is the answer? If you can live with 6 turnovers I’m sure she could dish out 10 assists

23. Magic needs to get Trae young far as I care give them the whole bench except for Tristan And Cole. Look at lakers they always do what it takes to make the next step even if it’s risky. I think Poalo and Franz would be more deadly off ball with a true passing and scoring guard like Trae Young. Not every star has to dribble the ball every play. I’m getting tired Magic hush hush strategies or not willing to take risks. Look even lakers reconsidering bring Dwight Howard back. He is good for lakers but enough for the Magic that’s the kind senseless management thinking who in the east right now besides Adebayo and Towns that can match Dwight. But they will find a nobody player and sell it to us as the best player in the world. We have Matt McClung they don’t use him.

24. It’s never been more clear and obvious that the magic need to make a trade, and for that reason is exactly why they won’t do it. This organization only gets players through the draft, not through trades/free agency and that’s what is so frustrating

25. If they don’t make a move to get better offensively, that’s a clear indication of giving up on the season, this team currently constructed is not getting out the first round, not even good enough fir a play in win
