  1. Between Huntington Park in Columbus being a joke and AAA teams seeing the same pitching staff 6 straight days at a time, I understand the concern on Brito. He's the flavor of the winter because no one's seen him struggle in MLB. I doubt the Guardians are going to trade prospects and pay $11 million for Hoerner though.

  2. With the addition of Sewald wouldn't you expect to see more low leverage inning for Gaddis? And if that's the case, wouldn't that make it easier to believe that what he did last year could be repeatable?

  3. I vote Jeff for the Hoerner debate. If cost is reasonable do it. No Gaddis though. I think Jeff probably reflects Guards FO approach. Do you think with still veteran SP out there any chance they take a flyer on K Gibson, AHeaney.L Lynn or J Quintana? Cannot have too much pitching

  4. My issue is that trades, FA Acquisitions, among other moves are so fun for me that I want them to get Nico Hoerner. Just because its movement.

This is the main reason I am not in a front office… that and I did not attend an ivy league school.

  5. I could see Hoerner as a trade deadline target if the young guys are really struggling but otherwise I’m more inclined to agree with Jeff in terms of what I’d be willing to spend to get him if I was the Guards
