Caso has also been handling the ball a lot this year. I think of Wiggins as SGA lite, if you watching his interior game he has a lot of similar moves. His tape at Maryland explains a lot why he's such an effective driver of the basketball too.
Wiggins has been outrageous this season. When Giddey left in the summer everyone was wondering who’s getting his spot in the starting 5 and most people thought it’s going to be I Hart or Caruso and it probably will be but Wiggins has done more than enough to get into that conversation. The fact that we have three guys that could take the fifth starting spot in a contending team and we’re not even adding Cason Wallace who could also be that guy shows the depth of this team. If the starting 5 for example was SGA, Wiggins, J Dub, Dort and Chet there would still be a second starting 5 of Cason Wallace, Isaiah Joe, Alex Caruso, I Hart and Ajay Mitchell. and we still don’t even know what Topic is going to be. That dude could end up one of the best players of this draft class.
Insane the talent this youngest team has! Presti is playing 4D chess, while all others teams…not so much.
