Texas Rangers sign Luke Jackson to 1-year, $1.5 million deal finishing off their bullpen rebuild

The Texas Rangers signed Luke Jackson, their 2010 first round pick, to a 1-year deal to complete a full revamp of their bullpen. Jackson is coming off of a down year but is a former World Series champion with an exceptional slider.
