1. Metcalf wants out of Seattle because he thinks he is worth $30M. If Garrett Wilson wants $30M, dreaming about Metcalf is a nightmare.

2. We probably need to get in contact to discuss draft prospects and some free agent stuff

3. Take the entire AR cap hit in 25 , Sign a free agent quality safety, trade for Conklin Browns and give him a 3 year contract. Trade down and fill DT, Safety, Wr2, WR3, TE Draft Shough as the bridge, Jets win 7-9 games without headaches.

4. Jets should go after younger free agents. Jets should sign one or two DT and draft one. Jets could sign a DE and draft one. Jets won't know if JJ will be ready at the start of camp. Get one or two safeties at free agency and draft one or two safeties. With the new regime coming in look for a turnover in players. Don't think Jets should make trades. Build via the draft. Sign a few free agents.

7. They need to use their cap space to sign their own free agents. Gardner, Wilson, J.Johnson, Breece Hall and AVT.

   Any of those they don't plan on signing they need to trade and not let them leave without getting something in return.

15. Lot of DE free agents maybe we can sign guys like Malcom Koonce, Marcus Davenport, Chase Young, Dante Fowler, that would automatically make the DEPTH of this team better; I think that’s why Mougey is going to do- bring in veterans for depth and also leadership/ experience.

18. Safety is something that needs to be addressed in free agency and there are always a bunch of good ones on the market. Usually in the summer there are still a bunch of good ones left

20. Good overview. The jets have a lot of needs, rolling back this team with ar was not going to be a good team.. the good news is you dont have to target star caliber players at each position. Using analytics you can find good,solid players. So in fa you target a safety who fits the scheme, or a udfa that fits the scheme. Lot dead wood like clemmons around.

    This is where scheme is important,not just best at position.

24. Our fanbase needs to accept that we do not have ability to close up all the roster holes. Interior DL, Safety x2, Edge, RT, WR2, TEx2. Also need to bring in kicker. Nobody is gonna hit all those needs in one offseason.
