13. I've been hearing a lot of people shitting on Carlo. His first game as a Leaf wasn't great, although he got better as the game went on. I actually think he's been pretty good defensively and should only get better.. anyone thinking Carlo is gonna give the team a bunch of offense and 50 points a year…. he's not that type of player. It's gonna take a few weeks to gain chemistry. My expectations of Brandon Carlo, is for him to get back to the Defencman he was in Boston, the player who dominated the Leafs top line in the playoffs last year…. Scott Laughton has to be better though.

29. The Leafs are not built for the playoffs. It is exactly the same issue of the past. The Core Four disappeared. Domi is the only player built to play intense games. The rest of the team is soft.

31. That wasn’t even a very good game by the Panthers. Bourne’s optimism will once again lead to a rude awakening in the playoffs. He may have been a video coach, but seemingly he has no idea what he’s watching.

32. The Leafs LOVE losing in the first round. How do we know?? They do NOTHING to correct the same problem that cost them year after year.
