See how Swayman performs early next year. If he remains inconsistent do the best to trade him even if it means swallowing some money.
Yeah….We kept the wrong goalie.
Oh well.
Another Sweeney f up.
Go New Bruins.
My worry with the Sens is very simple, it took one offseason under the control of New Ownership/GM to put together a playoff caliber roster. They aren't the Melnyk/Dorion tire fire that was almost never an annual threat to the east. They are making trades (Jensen/Ullmark/Cozens) good NHL teams do for relatively low costs. Saying pump the brakes on their team is nice, but unlike some other teams (cough Wings/Rangers/Columbus cough), they underlying numbers are much closer to playoff threat than also ran.
Bruins looked faster and one time they took 3 shots in a row (which is a change) when Ullmark was awesome. They looked like a different team. Swayman looked the same, I know some of you love Swayman but I take the eyeball test and he isn’t passing the test
I was at the game… A lot of embarrassed B’s fans wearing their jackets over their jerseys at the end of the game. Swayman was awful.
