What Patriots Can Still Do To Strengthen WR Room

After not trading for DK Metcalf and missing out on Davante Adams, Chris Godwin, Cooper Kupp in NFL free agency. The Patriots are left with only a few options to still strengthen the WR room.   2. Drake is a absolute beast. He doesn’t give a crap. The defense will get him the ball a bunch and he will tear it up with Hunter or McMillan. I hope we get McMillan by the way he will be the next Mike Evans. I’m glad the media doesn’t talk about him much. I guess ppl didn’t watch the game of him just toying with Travis Hunter when Hunter was trying to cover him literally had no answers. Also, Jordan love didn’t get any big names. He got to the playoffs with second and third round receivers after he got to get experienced with them for a while.

  4. C'mon, man. We're not trading for AJ Brown BEFORE the draft. We're not. Philly would have a $30m cap hit. They'll do it after June 1st, but they will do it.

  5. Out of the FA Receivers that are left on the market, I would definitely be fine if they brought Keenan Allen in. He is a true professional and can help be the Veteran that can help get those younger guys in line. If they add Allen and draft either Travis Hunter or Tet McMillan that should be a vast improvement over last year's WR room.

  7. Im pretty sure we are not going to get too crazy for a WR right now ,we are going to wait after the Draft to see what we actually have and what we will need ! And yes obviously it will be a WR but if you do get Travis Hunter they can work with him as a WR atleast for 1 year and then move him to his likeable pistion that is CB and we can go after an Elite WR next year 😎😉. Now lets not forget we do have Joe Milton and that 2026 7th rd pick we got from the Saints that we can actually use to get G.Pickens ( Steelers) 🙌🏽. Keep in mind J.Milton will fit perfectly in the Steelers since they also dont have a QB.

We just need to chill out and understand this is a rebuild and it's a rebuild that can't be rush getting good doesn't happen overnight it takes time and the Patriots are in that situation unfortunately every Boston sports podcast and media will feel different creating narrative to push for more signings and talent versus recognize this is a slow rebuild towards the future

  15. Franchise LT is far more important than the wide receiver position. CHFF points this out in the shiny hood ornament man law. I think they take Will Cambell at 4

Lets just face reality past two offseasons. no WR1 type or offensive weapon is going to think New England as desirable in the near future no matter how much money we throw at them. these guys all want war weather/limelight cities. Only way we get our Offensive weapons is through draft and keep them when its time to resign

  18. The Patriots May pick up a receiver but I don't think it'll be in free agency. I think they're going to do what they can to post to the line they're going to draft another running back and they're going to be a run-heavy throw to your tight ends more offense

  19. I do believe that this rebuild will take another year to get to where they want to be it won't happen over a course of one year. After next year in free agency in the draft I would be very scared of the Patriots
