  6. Stand firm Raider Nation! Free agency is only one part of a complex process of putting a team together. The Raiders added some key pieces to a much larger puzzle. Starters, depth players, role players–we need them all. It hurts that we didn't keep Spills because he was a TRUE Raider, but it will all work out. But we have to keep it real–every coaching/GM change sets an organization back 2-3 years and resets the clock to competitiveness. The only thing the Raiders have been consistent with is changing head coach and GM every 2 years or less. Maybe for once we finally have the dudes we need with Carroll/Spytek/Brady to get out of the squirrel cage we've been in this century. Way too early to act disappointed. On to the draft!

  17. Makes sense. Don't sign Spillane but possibly trade for a patriot. We have another brainchild for a gm. Beginning to hate this group of Meatheads. May win 3 games. And they deserve it.
