10. Good morning Ingraven, I agreed with your take on let Harbs play it out . But I knew he would be back, Why are people giving energy to being mad . We need to keep calling EDC and Harbs out, keep the pressure on them ..The only problem that I hope hatbs fixes, get his teams mindset prepared for playoff games. And intervening when his coaches are making bad decisions in the playoffs. He just stands on the sideline and allows issues to continue and says nothing. I wanna see him talking to the players and see adjustments by him.

22. So I feel some of the things that you're saying but you can't put a head coach and a player to the same standard, a head coach goes as far as his players. You got a head coach on his last year of his contract and let's just say the players decide to give up on that head coach for whatever reason because they know. You don't want to put a good head coach and that type of situation. And again a player knowing that he's in his last year they're going to play a little bit harder because they want to get that big contract but that's an individual. A coach coaches multiple players. And obviously the Ravens felt that the decisions he made last year by not playing certain players and playing certain players no matter the skill level they agreed with it and you also have to keep in mind that the Ravens keep things in house, so we don't know why those skilled players were benched so we have to trust the coaching staff. You didn't have players crying out to the media so I don't necessarily agree with influencers crying out to us on why players aren't being played, I trust the Ravens. And furthermore what I expect from people on social media that say they are Ravens fans to be a Ravens fan. Let The outsiders second guess. Leslie you got to watch out for these new football fans cuz they are the ones that are crying the most.

    The players love the guy. The team is elite and contends everey year.

    Lets looks at last season, rookie defensive coordinator, lost three offensive line starters and the line coach to begin the season. This was a team that started 0-2. Despite all that adversity they won the division, and were competing in january. This man deserved that contract extension.
