He’s a former Beaver defensive back (go Beavs 🦫) and 3rd round pick of the Cowboys in 2021. Spent last year with the Vikings. Depth piece at best.
Edit: and his brother, Rezjohn, was on the last football season of Last Chance U. I miss that show 🙁
This dude stinks lol
Super Bowl baby
I like the other Wright better
Alright now who can name what position this dude plays without looking it up lol?
What the hell, sure
Camp body?
Hmm, he played under Harris in Dallas. Maybe he has a role for him
This was probably a pickup endorsed by Al Haaris, who was his DB coach in DAL.
Probably just a camp body, given that he only played in 1 game last year and recorded no stats. But at 6’-4” this guy has intriguing length for a CB.
He played in a lot more games in Dallas (13 games in his first year), where he accumulated some stats (4 PDs and 1 INT in year 2). Maybe Al Harris and Dennis Allen thinks there is enough upside to give him a chance, to see if we can develop him.
He needs to drop an “n.” “You think that’s your ball? That’s Nahsho ball!”
I can’t really find a theme or a clear strategy for these various depth additions. Not really a criticism, but just feels a little random.
Probably the most obscure biblical name in the NFL, at least until Shedeur Sanders is drafted
