It's odd all three of them agree we should take a third WR on a top 10 pick…

  1. We are getting Graham or Jeanty at 10. We need to collectively will this into existence to cement our offseason championship 3-Peat.

  2. It’s wild to me how many of these analysts have us taking a WR with one of our first three picks. No team in the league has invested that level of draft capital and money into WR, and for good reason, as we saw last year it’s extremely hard to get enough targets for everyone with that many mouths to feed. Kmet, and to a lesser extent Odunze, were very underutilized and we know Ben Johnson wants to prioritize the run game. WR is arguably the least likely position for us to pick at ten.

ETA: I didn’t watch the video before I commented, and the fact that Mason Graham was on the board and we passed on him for a third WR is completely unhinged. In their conversation DJ Moore doesn’t even get mentioned, did they just forget he was on the team or something? Seriously dogshit analysis.

  3. Only one team has ever taken top 10 receivers in back to back drafts. It was the Detroit Lions, who actually did it THREE years in a row from 2003-2005.

It obviously didn’t work out well for them. They averaged 5 wins per season from 2003-2007, and went 0-16 in 2008. They ended up having one of the worst decades in NFL history.

  4. This has got to be the worst collection of draft analysts on one show (they’re not draft analysts and likely have no real insight).
