  23. Leafs and Canes were both coming off of back to backs, and they looked like it.

    Carolina came out strong, then lost steam. But the Leafs emerged completely winded, then found their footing as the game went on. Impressive effort against two divisional threats.

  41. Buffalo and Detroit remaining two games. Tampa will need to win out and we lose our remaining 2 games to not win the division.

    Detroit will be playing their 3rd game in 4 nights and will be on the back to back, so no excuse to not win that game if we lose against Buffalo.
