What are you whining about? Did Kenta get the job done? Sure did. And objectively, until he plunked Hoskins, he pitched well. Got himself into trouble, and got himself out of it. Hmmmm, what’s the word for that?? Oh yeah, Gritty.
Tigers have not had much success when acquiring Japanese pitchers, they have bombed, even though there haven't been all that many over the years.
The fact that maeda is on this roster and Foley isn't makes me think we've seen the last of foley
Javi Baez is at least hitting and not doing terrible on 3rd and ss. I'm far happier w baez than almost anyone not named tork.
Also gleyber looking like he might have been a great addition even with his stubbornness on 2b. Maybe I'm just spoiled w so many of our guys being versatile
