[Guardians] Today, we celebrate Jackie Robinson Day in an effort to recognize the significant and lasting impact that barrier-breaking players like Robinson and our own Larry Doby have on the game of baseball to this day.

1. Let no one ever forget the contributions made and bravery demonstrated by Robinson and Doby in the fight against racism.

4. Shame on every single person attempting to white wash history. Brave men and women of all colors stood up to racism and bigotry and they should celebrated.

   Edit: it looks like the mods deleted a discourse to my comment. A troll stated the white washing of history is not occurring. Some good people fought back against this comment, pretty respectfully mind you, and pointed out how it is. It is important that when something factually incorrect is stated, that there is a space to rebut it, no matter how small the platform like my comment maybe. We live in dangerous times and the voices of good Americans and good people need to be amplified, not deleted.
