What’s the big deal? Caleb gets hate for no reason.
He can do whatever he wants, I’m glad that he’s not our QB because Jayden is just better. Hopefully, Jayden never loses sight of getting better, and hopefully, he never falls for his own hype.

I don’t have a problem with Caleb’s outward fashion style and the nail painting, etc… but I don’t love him being in the news this much following the season we had.
I want W’s. I don’t want him posing for Esquire in the middle of the off season. It makes me wonder how this looks to the other players.
For the defense who, for the most part, looked really good. For the incoming offensive linemen. For the new coaching staff. Im gonna be honest, it might make me alittle sour to see our leader posing for magazines, sitting courtside at nba games, going on vacations. ESPECIALLY with that interview he just did where he said he used to cry after losses.
I get that he’s a celebrity, but I think for one offseason he can stay out of the media. Is that too much to ask?
And mostly, it makes me alittle jealous that you guys have a guy like Jayden who’s on the opposite end of this spectrum. But idk, let me know what you all think about this take.

Why the hate? I’m not a Caleb fanboy but I still think he’s gonna be good. That situation in Chicago last year was unwinnable. I’m personally not of the opinion that he’s some generational talent but he still good and he kept Chicago in a lot of games they shouldn’t have been in until Matt Eberfluse (idk how to spell it) would piss down his leg.
Jayden is clearly the better QB but with an upgraded O-Line I’m very curious to see how Caleb plays next year.
If Caleb got drafted here, he would have won ROTY meanwhile Jayden would have been broken in half.
Situation is really important for a rookie qb.
Caleb will be a fine qb. Jayden will just be better.
Let Jayden and Caleb`s play speak for itself. If Caleb has a better season than Daniels next year will you be saying the opposite?

as a biased Gonzaga alum, it’s funny to see Bears fans mad over a guy that already had money, + NIL money + a hollywood life before ever taking an NFL snap, won on the field, but never let it get to his head besides wearing some of the emotion on his sleeve in losses. Proud of the kid, he’ll be fine on the field. That said, I love JD5 for us 100% and wouldn’t swap him for anyone
