  1. You know waters feels like a full dog tonight

Wasn’t he the last play in the same out last night?

Why did he keep coming up with bases loaded 💀

  2. Ngl I think that game showed a lot of promise. The team is pressing overly hard right now and I think it they can get out of that mindset we are going to be just fine. We had a ton of base runners but just couldnt bring them in.

Happy Erceg seems to be nothing serious, get em tmr.

  3. Who is the fanbase going to try and fire tonight in the hopes that the team will be magically fixed by it.

  4. Predicted the Royals would get double digit hits today.

Guess I should have also predicted a win. Or health.

  5. Royals could turn their offense around if they get to face the other teams worst pitcher in the lowest possible leverage more often

  6. This is how the offence came out of that horrible slump last year, slowly getting more and more hits/confidence

Unfortunate game but I think we’re coming out of it.

  7. Lots and lots of issues. It’s hard not to doom, I think it may be a mindset thing, as Hud and Ryan seem to be noticing. Too much attempt to swing for the fences rather than getting RISP leading to strikeouts or flyouts.

This feels less like the team we saw make a huge comeback against the Mariners and moreso the team that struggled all the end of last year still. But luckily, baseball is a long season, so, still, go Royals.

  8. Last 5 games hits: 2, 5, 5, 7, 10. Notice a trend? Light at the end of the tunnel. Inevitably, Bobby will put the whole team on his back. That’s what superstars do. Outfield gotta be addressed tho. Forever Royal.

  9. Unrelated to the game: this subreddit is completely inconsistent with whether or not they want people swinging at the first pitch or not. I think I saw at least 5 comments on the game thread for each side today lol

  10. I apologize to Michael Massey. He took his second walk of the season for an RBI

  11. Of course, the offense finally showed signs of life when they were already down by 6 runs. Too little, too late. It’s frustrating because the Royals get on base, but they cannot get clutch hits to save their lives. The offense needs to turn things around. Go Royals.

  12. Bobby is probably regretting signing that deal aleady. Team fucking sucks

  13. Oh btw 1st look at tomorrow: As a team we bat .406 vs Casey Mize. In 69 total at bats, only 8 K’s against current Royals. 5+ AB’s: Maikel .800, Isbel .500, Bobby .500, Salvy .480. The tide turns tomorrow. Book it.

  14. Good news all of the starters got hits. Stratton allowed no runs. Bad news Ragans did bad. We have scored 31 runs in the last 15 games. We have won 1 game of the last 8.
